The Vegan Meal Planning workshop is an interactive session aimed at developing your skills in planning nutritionally balanced vegan eating patterns.

Meeting daily nutrient requirements is easily achieved using a vegan adaptation of the Australian Dietary Guidelines. This session also addressed nutrient issues that can arise in vegan eating patterns, how to recognise risks of imbalance, and practical ways to avoid them.

Kelly is a final year nutrition student, having been a vegan chef for 8 years and is passionate about ensuring vegans have optimum nutrition to be more effective advocates for all animals.
