Get Active

What can you do?

Go Vegan
All forms of animal agriculture involve cruelty and cause suffering and death for animals. By following a plant-based diet you are actively choosing not to support these industries.
Going vegan is arguably the easiest thing you can do to help stop cruelty and challenge society's acceptance that animals are our property to abuse. For more info go veg.

Choose Cruelty Free
Purchase products that have not been tested on animals or use animal ingredients.
Click here for a list of cruelty-free products.

Support No Kill Shelters
Volunteer your time or donate money/resources to No Kill shelters. If you are able to - adopt an animal that needs a home. Don't patronise pet shops that sell animals and support breeders.

Don't Patronise Circuses, Zoos or other Animal Exhibitions
These animals have no business being used for entertainment. Attend human-only acts and tell people why.

Leaflet
Handing out flyers outside supermarkets, schools, universities or any public place is an easy and free way that you can help to educate and inform others – contact ARA for flyers.
