WORKSHOP: Vegan Meal Planning
Friday, 11 September 2009 15:02

Meeting daily nutrient requirements is easily achieved using a vegan adaptation of the Australian Dietary Guidelines. This session will also address nutrient issues that can arise in vegan eating patterns, how to recognise risks of imbalance, and will discuss practical ways to avoid them.
