On Sunday May 16th GLCS will host the 2nd SWEET Bake Off and this year ARA is sponsoring a vegan cake category so get your baking mits on!

After the success of last years bake off GLCS have decided to make SWEET an annual fundraiser.

Once again they are inviting individuals and community groups to Bake Off for a chance to win prizes, enjoy an afternoon of entertainment and, most importantly, eat cake!

This years theme is Mad Hatter's Tea Party and there will be all new cake categories, a best costume prize and more!

In celebration of International Day Against Homophobia & Transphobia (IDAHo, May 17th) they will also be looking for the Most Inspirational IDAHo Themed Cake.

There will also be a number of new categories including the Best Tasting Sweet Baked Good – Healthy Choice Category and the Vegan Cake Category sponsored by Animal Rights Advocates Inc.

All cakes go up for sale to raise funds for GLCS.

Ms Mabel is back to host SWEET 2010 and Narelda Jacobs, Aram Hosie and Mark Reid are returning as judges. They'll be joined by new judges Bree Maddox and Anthony Georgeff – Editor of Spice Magazine.
