Held in the peaceful and shady grounds of Earthwise Community Centre (315 Bagot Road, Subiaco) from 10am-2pm, the festival will celebrate cruelty-free vegan living, social justice and sustainability.

ARA's first ever Cruelty Free Festival is fast approaching! It's shaping up to be a great day with a talk on animal rights and stalls including Coalition for a Safe Climate, the Wilderness Society, Friends of Palestine, ROAR Feminist Collective, Refugee Rights Action Network and Sea Shepherd. There will be a photography stall on the day, so if you want a snap of your pooch bring them along! There will also be a raffle with prizes including photography sessions, a canvas print (valued $350) care of Houndstooth Studio and a hamper of goodies thanks to the online Cruelty Free Shop. There will be live performances by local Perth bands Shock Octopus and Weapon of Sound. And of course plenty of great vegan food!
The Cruelty Free Festival will be a great day for enjoying vegan-friendly products and services, as well as learning more about some of the serious issues that affect us all. We can't wait to see you there!
