Fundraiser Feast for the West Australia Nuclear Free Alliance

The West Australia Nuclear Free Alliance, is a group made up of Indigenous West Australians, environment groups, dedicated campaigners, public health and peace groups. WANFA has formed to activate against the aggresive push to mine uranium in WA and work in solidarity with our friends nationally.
Come and hear from Indigenous representatives of WANFA who are being affected by the uranium industry, and help fund a nuclear free future for WA.

Funds raised will contribute to getting Indigenous people from all over WA to the WANFA meeting on the 1st April 2011,to help educate, and strategise on how we can support each other work together and protect sacred places and amazing country from the toxic legacy of the nuclear industry.

Where: Annalakshmi Restaurant, Jetty 4, Barrack Square, Perth

When: Monday 15th November 6pm

What: 3 course dinner with talks from people directly affected by the nuclear industry and those willing to fight for country and justice. Wongutha, Nyoongar, Arabunna and Kokatha speakers to be confirmed closer to the date.
